Senior Police Inspector Mahadev Waghmode stated that the assailants took turns raping the woman before fleeing the scene on a motorbike. After the attack, the victim managed to contact the authorities by dialing 112. Police promptly responded to her call, taking her report seriously and launching a search to apprehend the suspects based on her descriptions.
